Happy 35th Birthday Chad! Having a birthday on a Sunday makes it pretty low key. I tried my hand at a homemade ice cream cake. Let's just say I need a do over! (note to self: let the cake cool completely before putting in the ice cream) Chad was a gem and ate a piece anyway, luckily I was making cinnamon rolls and a cream cheese braid for his office monthly birthdays, so we might have snuck some of those too.
