Dallin was baptized this weekend by his Grandpa Brown. When Dallin turned 8 we asked him who he wanted to baptize him and he chose Grandpa Brown. Well grandpa is on a mission up at Heber Valley Camp and could not come down when Dallin was suppose to get baptized in August for our stake baptisms. We told Dallin that he could get baptized by dad if he wanted to get baptized in August or wait until grandpa could do it, he chose the latter. We were able to make it happen on Sept. 3rd in Heber. It was fun to have it in conjunction with our family reunion too. That way everyone could make it. I am grateful that he chose to be baptized. I know that it is the first step we can make to return to our heavenly Father. I was so happy to share his special day with everyone. He also shared Elaine's birthday with her too!
