Chad decided last Christmas that he wanted to take the older kids backpacking. So over the next couple months and after many trips to Cabelas, REI, and online shopping he set the kids up with their gear,that they would need. With the Guymon"s and Smith's they set off to the Uintahs. They were gone 4 days and Ashlee and I stayed behind. I think it will be a trip for the memory books! They had so much fun! They all caught fish and hiked near mountain goats and came home singing songs and telling jokes that they all learned over the camp fire.
