We went to a family reunion up in Tillamook, Oregon this last week and decided to leave a couple days early and make a family vacation out of it and drive up the coast. It was A LOT of driving in a truck with three kids, but well worth the drive. The kids did fairly well, of course each one had their moments, but over all they did better than I anticipated. Chad's mom rode along with us so I hope that she survived us. We loved having her come along with us to get some quality time with.
Brynlee's highlight of the trip was when a chipmunk ate from her hand ("TWICE!" she will say)
MaCade's highlight of the trip was the sea lions.
I am pretty sure Dallin's favorite part was the beach.
Mine, of course, was being with my family and everything that we did in between.
I would have to say that Chad's favorite part was the rocky beaches where he could go looking for starfish and tide pools.
Oh, how I miss you and those toe head kids of yours! I guess I even miss Chad's sarcasm! Love the family picture in front of the water; it makes me miss my hometown!
